This score is based on the following criteria:
- 1/ The gender pay gap = 36/40
- 2/ The distribution gap of individual increases = 35/35
- 3/ The number of female employees receiving a raise upon returning from maternity leave = NA in 2024
- 4/ Parity among the 10 highest salaries = 5/100
